Monalebo Engineering Services (Pty) Ltd trading as MES was established in 2012 by Gabriel Sebothoma as a family business. MES is a 100% black owned.

In 2012 the company had only 2 employees – it has since grown and now has more than 70 employees (permanent & contractors).

Currently Monalebo Engineering Services offers its services to Mining, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Petro-chemical & Processing, Transportation, and Commercial and related Industries.

MES currently operates in Pretoria (head office), has a satellite office in East London and another office in Witbank. Currently MES offers its services to Mining, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Petro-chemical & Processing, Transportation, Telecommunications, Commercial and related industries.

Compliance

MES is currently registered with Institute for Work at Heights (IWH)and the CIBD. In addition, MES is fully compliant with all statutory requirements including the Workman Compensation Regulations and has Public Liability for the Ten Million Rand (R10 000 000.00) to cover all its project risks.
